JOB ANALYSIS & EVALUATIONS
Job analysis is a formal system developed to determine what tasks people actually perform in their jobs. The purpose of a job analysis is to ensure the creation of the right fit between the job and the employee and to determine how employee performance will be assessed. Unified Human Resource Consulting Limited will work closely with your organization to analyze the organization’s jobs and design them to achieve the organization’s objective and at the same time satisfy the needs of the employees who will perform them. This service involves the following tasks:
- Determining the Job Requirements for every post in the organization, that will reflect the different duties, tasks, and responsibilities contained in jobs.
- Producing the Job Specification in a format that will contain education, experience, specialized training technical skills, interpersonal skills, and behavioral attributes necessary for job success.
- Producing the Job Description in a format that will contain a job title, a job identification section, and main duties and responsibilities section.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
We undertake Occupational Health & Safety training and Audits in accordance with the directorate of occupational Health & Safety. The training is for members of environmental Health and Safety as well as the general staff.
MANPOWER PLANNING AND SHIFT SCHEDULING
We offer professional services in reviewing business processes and establishing the optimal staffing levels in addition to setting up vial cost-effective shift permutations.
